How do I add the NPC to exchange Ocean Flower Cards Cards for items?

look @ cq_dynancp there it is in somewhere ....

or just add a new ncp ...

i do not have my database ATM so i cannot tell you the ID ... **** the cordinates are somewhere in market sodar.

if they are not in market they are probably in the npc camp ... map id 100 i think << could be wrong im still sick and cant think straight
