How to lvl People

I got a question in how do u lvl other people as PM/GM??
Or u just can lvl other people over the database?
PLz help

there is no command to level up ppl with a pm char...try the db way...

through the database is the only way ....

in cq_user find the in-game name then go across to level and change it there BUT remember if you do that the stats will be screwed up
