bugged character?

how can a character be bugged? everytime one character signs on he gets login overtime and if he/she does get in it crashes the server.

What acc server you using? sameas msg and npc

im using the maggie db. msgserver 2.7 and npc server it came with.

Ok deleted the game server and acc server FOLDERS , and replace with another server files acc server and game server (ive had this problem with maggieq) the .dlls effect the conficts so just deleted those 2 folders and replace and itll work perfect (also youll have to redo your configs)
