why my mysql red light ?? but i use this mysql another pc it green light after i use in my laptop it be red light and after i click install the service it write cant install ??

Mysql red light 03/13/2011 - EO PServer Hosting - 5 Replies i have a problem with the mysql light , 15 mins ago it had a green light on , but after i installed the PRC chinese thing to start translating the DB suddenly the light turned from green to red ! any ideas why ?!!!!!??
