Place the php files into your htdocs or www folder of wamp/xammp or upload them to your website hosting server

I have alot of randoms adding me that I don't accept, what's your name on facebook? If your looking to upload it to a website you need to find a service that has FTP uploads. Then download FileZilla client and use it to upload it to the website server and the login information should be provided on the hosting service control panel.

try checking at your db...config.ini,account,ini,shell.ini..make sure server name are same..same to ip address..must same
