nope. even Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Benelux countries are not safe, in Poland, Czech republic, Hungary, Slovenia, etc.. you are not taking that much risk, however, it's not 100% safe there either, but hosting & link speed in those countries is not that bad that in middle east, asia or russia(where they don't give a ****)

use swf decompiler on main/login.dat, export to fla and then edit with adobe flash CS2/3

Just change your login.dat to login.swf and decompile using this software to fly and other necessary files...
Chnage whatever you need ... and save back to login.swf and change to .dat ...

Candy was sent a letter hosting in Egypt and I myself also recieved a letter and was hosting out of Canada. The only legal thing you can do to protect you server is listen to what people are saying BESIDES this host out of America bull. Change the logos and images as well as names that are copyrighted (and/or) trademarked. Changing the icon for soul.exe or removing your client from the downloads page isn't enough im sorry to say..
