Hello Everyone,

I'd like too give you a brief description of what exactly Serenity Gaming is and what were about. But before you start looking through our thread please note that we are looking for Professional Developers that have at-least 1 or more years of experience with Eudemons-Online.

What is Serenity Gaming ?

Serenity Gaming is a Private Server Gaming Network looking to expand and become one of the best if not greatest P Server Network out there . Although this takes time which we have and hope too continue our server for years too come.

What are we looking for ?

We are currently looking for a team we know can manage a server and isnt there just to mess around.We want a server that can last for 5+ years or longer not one that goes down in 1 month because the staff is lazy and childish. I know about Eudemon as i helped Demons-Online get most of its players i was the first RH there "Javone" and got them around 50k of accounts the first 2 months. I have over 7 years of Experience with Eudemons Online so i know what exactly people are looking too play.

1. You must be serious about your work .
2. You have alot of experience developing Eudemons Online.
3. Have a plan on what your going too bring to your server.
4. Using our Dedi isnt a play toy , DO NOT SHARE THE INFORMATION.

You think a nicely worded essay is going to get you a team that will work for your organization? Well allow me to shed some light on your situation. The hard work, the effort, the soul and key to a successful server is a dedicated and consistent coder that is willing to put in the hours to develop the server.

They have to find the balance between:

• Installing new features such as quests, events, pets, outfits, mounts, gears, monster bosses.
• Installing immatation expansions after researching and developing strategic ways of implementing them to the game with the limited resources epvp can provide.
• Compassionately, patiently and throughly describe the new features added to the game despite having posted the instructions, guidelines and complete outline of the feature on social networks and CMS websites.
• Ignore the fact that the other staff have such a poor value to the team in comparrison to those whom are and whom are not coding.

And so much more but above all they have to find the motivation to even continue despite the lack of reward they get from doing so much.

I'm not saying this to destroy your hopes of one day having a successful server, what I am saying is that the only people that will ever become succesful server owners are those whom put in the massive and increasing effort required to juggle so many jobs at one time.

And im sorry if this is harsh, but posting a thread describing exactly what you expect and want from your staff members without even describing what they gain or even what you are doing for the server seems pretty naive.

Do you even have a plan? Or were you expecting your staff to come up with that for you.

Don't think I'm trying to put you down or ruin your ambitions. It's just the realistic way I speak and something you should probably get used to should you become what you want being a successful server owner. And although I may sound like I'm just putting you down completely, it's all coming from the intention that I do see potential in you and the things I have mentioned are just something to be considered.

As I'm not really sure what you're trying to accomplish here, but it seems you want to bring together a private group of developers, and that seems you may be stepping on the line of the rules. To advertise any forum or website or organisation of similarity to epvp here is a banable offense, just a heads up.

Ok yes we had one Javone that we mmade RH (recruitment helper) but it was first and last ... as generally we didnt see reason for anymore RH .... but its longer story.... and never mind by this here...

I got the numbers from the Ads in which i made for you on places like top list etc. Which are still to this day actually getting redirects to you site and due to the time i spent and influx of members you got within that time i was recruiting for you.

So lets start out here, First of all Lol Eudemons Pservers havent been out for 7 Years, The game is just hitting its 6th year anniversary. (Release was in 2006 it is now 2012 so lets do some math)
You are definitely stepping on the boundries of advertising.
If you are looking for a team to create a Gaming Network, Then post in the proper sections for the games.
Now, 50k Players in 2 weeks? I gotta agree with Soul there, You may have had 50k Views, Acme was up for 4 Years and had over 50k Accounts, Not 2 weeks with 50k Accounts Lol.
It seems like you know nothing about the game at all, It looks more like your looking to rent out an over priced server to make money for yourself. It doesn't work that way, I've worked with quite a few other "Hosters" only and trust me, It never works out that well.
Most of the actual coders that know how to code already own their own servers, and are busy working on their servers. So why would 4 to 5 random people get together, Create a massive server, and give you the database and client and everything else to put on your vps so you can host it and collect profit with out doing any work?

I agree with Cruey, You need more of a plan then just "Hey i'll buy a VPS and have some one make me a server for free because I was less equivilant than a GH in a server"

How about to help you out just a tiny little bit, We can do this.

Start learning a little bit about creating your own server, and when you have enough knowledge to run one, You can post that you are looking for an EO team here.

You did not make it clear what you are looking for. Are you looking to make a team of individuals to create/operate an EO server or are you looking for a server to join your 'Serenity Gaming'?

its more less 113.000 OUTs = in translation by this site => around 4500 hits on this button happen (by accident or by aim .... from same and different IPs...)
which makes around 4500 around entries on our website (ONLY ENTRIES!) since then till "today"...
compare just for example our own advert there with numbers:
(if you noticed ........ from our advert we have already over 265.000 outs since the beginning of THIS month only :/)

I dont know how you imagination works but your calculations are way far away from being even "far -.-"

I wont be adding more as I see no sense but please do not put this help in recruiting (which was simply all kind of actions you did on your own without even our checking) our server as bigger role for "your backgroynd" under eudemons online life as this had and has nothing to do to your experience or etc (at least I see it this way...)...
