[HELP] problems on autopatch

Hello.
i have a problem.
some people autopatch does not want to work because the antivirus block it ..
some1 know how to make a patch that antivirus does not block or delete ??
and it some people cannot open it? and if i sent them a exe file .. they cannot open it ... can some1 tell me how to make a exe file that everyone can open ?
