Acc,Msg,Npc Stoped Working

i had the server running for 15 hours then when i closed them and went to reopen them now acc has not responding and MSG and npc has a error popup thing in a different language

The error in the msg server, can you see if it has DB or db in it somewhere?

well atm its working by the looks of it but the account server goes to kernal then stops working

i re did the database ect

wow ive reinstalled the database the my sql acc and game server
but nothing..
