can anyone tell me what is the best programme to use to translate the shop.dat and itemtype.dat files please

can anyone help me edit my mall, i'm pretty new to all this and hexediting is not my strongest point....lol i need some items taken out that i dont want or that dont work if anyone can help with that pls let me know ty all

first download the chinese RPC , there is guide for it if u dont know ,
and then use google translator , just search for it on google , it will be first choice ,
and btw , why u wanna translate them ??

I have already installed the language packs on my OS, and i need to translate the dat files so the mall is in english not chinese

the items in ur mall i think its bcuz of the cq_itemtype

no it's not in he's itemtype...it's he's shop.dat or itemtype.dat
