what do u have to translate to have a 100% translated DB every thing in it?

cq_action , cq_itemtype , cq_monstertype , cq_monstertype_copy , cq_itemtype , cq_itemtype_copy , cq_npc , cq_quiz , cq_dynanpc , cq_map , cq_magictype ,
but i have 1 question ( sry for off topic ) but what program or whatever u guyz call it should i use to translate db , when the name appear in strange language mixed of Arabic and hieroglyph or whatever

1st u need to change ur PC setting to see chinase simbols then its best to use ace translator but whats with the "_copy"??
EDIT: and i am not translating the latest DB i am translating the manequin but fully translating it
