the my server ip already same with my sql ip...
but my ip always change because i use broadband.. still can create it ?

u must have static ip address. but if you want play alone just change ip to 127.0.0.1 also u can use hamachi or no-ip

lol play alone .. haha ... theres nothing i can do to make my ip fixed.. so, i cant created the website ? if that so, i cant make the server website and cant play..

did you understand what i say? YOU MUST HAVE STATIC IP ADDRESS!! u can use hamachi to invite your friend!

1) you need a static ip or use hamachi (also static ip for a select group)
2) you can use a dynamic domain name like dyndns as alternative solution

3) you can buy a vps/dedi from me so you also got a static ip adress ( but cost money )
