unable to peddle this item!

Today i have added some pets , all working fine but one , when you try to put it in warehouse it wont go in , and when you try to trade it to any one you get unable to peddle this item! , anyone know how to fix this please ?

you have set the wrong monopoly for this. Depending on that value it will state some stuf
like
Can(t) drop on death
Can(t) be stored
Can(t) be sold
Can(t) be traded
Can(t) be put in booth
