Need assistance on the star level of pet when evolved

Can anyone help me where to modify or change the star level of pets being evolved after being hatched?

When I hatch an egg and leveled it to 20, when I evolved it, it jumps to 15 star levels.

Is there a script or tweaking to make the star level back to its normal values.

I'am kinda making a local version of EO here in our area so I wanted to make the private server almost the same as TQ.

its at cq_grade. You can edit the star values there.

look add this file 2 ur db it have the normal ones

I have checked the cq_grade but I am unable to locate the code or values to change inside it.
