[Help] new char

hi all,
need some help
when i start a new char it cames with newbie gift and 50.000 pp.
i tried to change pp ( e_money2 ) but wont work
anyone knows how i change the amount of pp of new chars?

go to design the table change it through there save it all , then make a new char , it wont add to any chars made b4 the change
