I Dont know if anybody realsed a cq_action transltor but, i cant find out how to.. i went to lots of website but this language dosnt provide it..

That's because what your trying to translate isn't Chinese. Your computer doesn't have Chinese PRC installed. so it converts any Chinese to foreign symbols.

Example:

Yours looks like:

¹§Ï²%user_name³É¹¦Èںϳö¸ß¼¶¼Ó¾*Ñ鱦ʯ£¬»ñµÃÎÞÉ쵀 ÄÜÁ¦£¡

Where it should look something like

It's matter of encoding you use.
just switch your browser encoding to Chinese simplified.(GB2312)

yeah but how are we gonna see those letters in navicat?

I just made something like this:
Paste the wrongly displayed text in first box, and it will display chinese on the other.
it works only in firefox.

the thing theat forcer posted isent to translate its to convert from the text u see if u dont got Chinase PRC to chinese writeing and i think its for ppl theat cant get chinese prc woring with the guide theat killin made

What OS (operating system) you using. Im using Vista. If you need to know how to turn on chinese or whatever we might be able to help. Just need to know what OS you using.
