wamp 5.0 at vista

hey guys can ya give me a little bit help with wamp5.0 at vista coz i cant install it and none of the guides that are existed in this forum helped me if ya know what the prob is plz ws me...

what exactly is the problem? Is it you cant install it? or are there other issues you are having as well.

i can install it but cant access the winmysqladmin.exe tool it doesnt ask for any password or stuff...

If Im not mistaken vista comes with some sort of sql already installed. Make sure that there isnt a sql program running in your processes and it wouldn't hurt to check inside your windows folder to see if you already have a my.ini file in there. If you do, then delete that and rerun the admin.

Best is to install xp, I think you can install Vista in one HDD, and XP in another HDD. So it could be easier, I think there is a section for these stuff in epvp.

solved the prob with waamp but now i have a new one
when i run the msg server i always get the message:Connecting to account server again..

i used mysql 5.0 instead of wamp

i had vista b4 aswell , and i think i know whats wrong , just run it in administrator mod... right click on file and press run as administrator.. then it sould work ...
