[HELP]How to delete guidebook

How can i create guide book..? cos people get guide book then they create char , can take +12 2soc super gems , i realeased new EliteEo server low rates
1-3 EP drop for 2 weeks
and then after weekend drops 6-15 EP
i think its enjoyable cos most of servers are same.
so i made some thing different :P
