I actually have 2 questions
1) I need a guide or some help on adding an npc that can exchange ep cards for the eps earned
Example
100x EOCARD2700 = 270k
1000x EOCARD2700 = 2.7m Etc..
Also , i want to make it so madbulls can level you up to about level 70 but not in like 2 or 3 kills bam level 70 , just slow enough to where its some work.

Cant help you with the first question.

The second one-
Look to CQ_LEVEXP AND PERATK.

The lower the number in the indicated column, the harder it will to level. Therefore, if you increase the number, it will be easier to level.

You may have to adjust the xp skill column too.

maybe try this for your ep cards





and you maybe are able to add exp true cq_action for the madbulls ..

if level 10 = exp

if higher than level X = exp

if lover than level x = exp ....


so you have more controll about the exp people get
