The palys attacks, the seals, or something like that, are afected by +spellpower. There is this particular trinket you get from a quest started from the hearh of Hakkar http://www.thottbot.com/?i=51326 The fact is that each time you cas a spell, the +spellpower for the next spell is diminished, but this doesnt applies for the palys seals... So with the rapid "seal", I think its called veangence, it can be kick ass as you get +280 dmg and healing for 20 secs.
