But shouldn't you have Server Application access since the owner's not around much, to prevent this sort of thing from happening?

This is true and totally agree where with you, And Trust me i think this totally unprofessional and bad to my reputation,See it as i just met the guy and offer my friendly services, we need to bulid that trust,And i know for a fact this problem will not ever happen again in the future.

Everyone that has been waiting so long for our server to re-open, I will talk to owner and work some free stuff out for you guys. When my boss man comes back.
