well depends on what your trying to do.
Run two different servers?

This can be very easily accomplished by anyone who has experience with web development so you have a choice to make:

1) Do your own research and learn how to code this yourself (I recommend you do this as everything you learn will be useful in the future).
2) Pay someone to do it for you.
