As I have said this is my first encounter with this error message. I have tried switching out the Mysql with a new version and older yet it's still the same. If anyone knows what causes the issue or a post over this issue that I must have looked over please pass it my way. Thank you very much. ^^

That's line 11 and 12. Doesn't make sense to me at all. Everything is correctly as it should be.

it's a problem when u open ur website,right ?

you updated your version of phpmyadmin most likely or something similar downgrade php or upgrade mysql

Running into the issue of upgrading my mysql sadly. Death I'll give you a shout later.
