look at the attachement to see that NPC

the question is :
1- how can i delete them ?
2- how can i change the redirect link when i click (Vote!) to my server's website

search for action 5846201 and find the began of this npc actions and delete it and search for it's name in cq_npc and delete ....... about redirect link you will find it in the npc action before (5846201)
