The first error is normal, the second one means that you do not have your drivers active. Do a restart.
This normally happens when you are playing on a virtual machine.

i formatted my pc i donwload the window xp but the basic software are not installed such as sound card what do i need to do dude?

First of all download the latest directx drivers and install them.
Second if you have a video card install the drivers for that.
