Server help.

Just want to make sure im doint these correctly so i want to ask how to do 3 things.

How do delete all Chars, Accounts, Eudemons, Legions, Families ( Make fresh server )?

How do i make every bull give 1 level up untill 132?

My composing rates give many * but normal stats, how do i make stats increase more as well ?



EDIT: if you do try to help me, do it normally dont say "go there press that" give all steps.
