in my source whenever you bought an item from shopping mall the item wouldnt appear in your inventory until you logged out and logged back in.
so i when to itembuy.cs and changed a few things.
this is the coding for the new itembuy.cs it worked for me so it should work for you.

We've tried dropping and picking up. Selling Giving nearly everything is there anyway you could help us disguise this hack or should we just give up.
