is there any one got the solve of this proplem when i buy Reindeer i click on it it dont hatch help lol

Open up your navicat and navigate to your "my" database. Open up your cq_itemtype table. and find id "729211" , once you have found that. Scroll to the right and find "id action" Set that to 6960320 for the reindeer then restart your server.

That should fix your problems with hatching the deer.
