but we often get problems!

I HAVE WAMP
I KNOW HOW TO MAKE WAMP ONLINE
I KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE DB
I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE SERVER ONLINE
I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE ACCOUNTS
I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A REGISTER PAGE
Why? Never get up (makeing server online):/
