Server Is Down error

so a good friend gave me his old db when i set it up the database is all good i see all the old accounts of his old server i run the accserver then the jahadserver and npc server and it runs all is ok check the site that i still havent gotten to work and even though it says all these errors it is right when its offline or online and it says online when i go to the client to login i type my info then i get the "Server is down" error anyone know the problem?

Thanks figured it out it was that my Oem's in client werent set to same server name x.x stupid me xD
