Please help Web server

so my server is up and running now all i need is my web server this is what i get Its the Very Top Sentence Uploaded with

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'pmuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in C:\xampp\htdocs\config.php on line 16

Used to be about 5 wrong things with it now its just this which is better all i need to know is how to fix this i checked the 16th line it is how it should be i didnt change anything can someone help please

if u go into ur Database then go to mysql and click on users make sure there is a pmuser and make sure it has a password or defult is root test hope it helps
