and what do i do to hold a maintenance

ok got that figured out didnt know all u had to do is shut down all the sever and restart em
got annother question ill probally just end up figureing out myself lol
um when editing equip in navcat when i change any stat ie. +9 to +12
my equip dissapears anyone know what i can do here
