[Help] some bugs cant fix

i have in my server BirdOFPrdis and LaLa and Winky not want use The Thunder and Lighting just only use the windbeads .. can anyone please show me how fixed it ??

another thing please..
i want add some new mounts and when i add them and give them Thunder Juice get a new Mount .. Like if it daino after thunder Raptor how i dont know .. and if any one have a good new Mount with out bugs please send to me the Codes Thnx alot

alright here are some annoying things on 5165. -red bar on the edge of your screen when you have low hp (laggy) -if your blessed you revive at the same spot you are even if you dont use "revive here" it doens't work and if you click "revive" it's just like revive here if your blessed -the cyclone effect doesn't show -i used arco's guide to save halos but i used to be able to only spawn top deputy, now nothing.
