Error in my server

I configure all correct in my Database and Client (revolution client), and I got cant put my server ON, because the following errors:

Someone can help me to solve this?

The first pic is normal.

The second means that you have some config settings wrong.

No no, I already re-do the configs 50x...

some part of error... I already see some persons with this problem but I dont know how to solve...

check again your config file.. dont forget to check shell.dat in gameserver

I already check this, 20x... This is a Windows problem I think, more sugestions to what I can do to solve?

Yeah, I already installed Microsoft Net Framework 2.0.
