ps: to answer your question basicly
every1 can say what they like , but you can use ANY client for ANY database
as long it contains the main core in it

to give a example
i ran the modified mannequeen version with a original client
but i could use it to with a modified client , as long it stays the mannequeen version

the main core is what is needed , the other parts can be added/deleted , but as usual , it create bugs for users who like to use there own client , so force users to use your own client and everything will be fine

but change your DNS ?? (Domain Name Server ?? used for resolving ip adresses to domain names.. like localhost that get resolved to 127.0.0.1 )
