The simplest way is not always the best.
If memory serves me right, and it usually dont lol.
To ban someone from the server via the database -
Change the ONLINE column, found in either cq_user or cq_account, from 0 to 1. Then use /kickout (character name). When they try to log back in, they wont be able to.
So the theory goes, lol
