I cannot open the Msg server stable 2.7 it says oopen then a code and it does it on everythin that is needed to run the server why is this?

it can be dotnetfix that is missing
in most cases is that what is missing , as the account server try to open netframework but can not find it so it crash (in some cases it gives a visualbasic error .. is the same but then you got visual basic error reporting installed :P )

if that is not the error then it can be your database ... it can be so many things

a screenshot of the error would be nice to so we know how it looks like and what the error could be
