Can some1 reply with accserver.exe attachment

Can someone please reply with a accserver.exe attachment, that works properly. For some reason mine will open then close. I also have Mysql 4.1, will that work with the querys we are supposed to put in for creating an EO account with acc:test pw:test???

it's not problem of acc server, it's problem of your config. check it again, step by step.
