Can Someone Make Me Server (I Dont Have Vista)

Hiya,
I need someone to make me a server it would be a big help for me.
I would do it myself but i dont understand most of it and i think some of it requires vista, I may be wrong but if i am please let me know.
If you are willing to make me a server let me know what you need from me and ill I will tell you what you need

I do but when i do the command bit it wont let me install

When i try to install it and i put the nt --install whatever it says it is already installed and the server is already made or something

So what do I do now????

then u already have mysql installed please remove that mysql firs or if u have wamp/xampp
open control panel and disable the vink with install mysql
