Ok I have downloaded and installed/re-installed both the client and the patch using your links on your site, and EVERY TIME I try to play it says that the server is down.

It isn't that I have the wrong client or the wrong files, I am using what you linked and said to download, I have noticed that several other are having this same issue.

Please help us to find a solution and don't just post sarcastic comments about us getting new clients or getting the right patch...

I would assume If we are downloading what you are linking on YOUR site then they are the right ones...

When I log in it says it is version 6000, and it goes through the log in process but when it get to where it says verifying your account, a message pops up and says server is down, all I can do is press the [ok] button and it kicks me back to the log in screen.

I installed version 1091 of EO then extracted YOUR patch files into the folder and let it overwrite everything.

If there is something else that needs to be done please tell us and also post it on your site.

If players that where playing before are able to get in fine, then this is obviously a new player issue, so maybe your server is not creating the new accounts or authenticating them for some reason??? just a suggestion.

dude ur website is a bit confusing. wen i go to reg page i get 4 empty spaces and a code so, i put in un and pw, then code and i get an error. u might want to revise ur web page.
