ok let me put it this way , u create an oem file

like this :
1) download from any server thread and clean up what is in it and put the new server things then name it oem , put in ini folder .
2) OR ---> copy any file in your ini folder with the yellow thing on it then paste in desktop not send to desktop , shortcut
