Looking for good server

Looking for the server with medium rates of composing and eps drops , but that there is no such thing that the people standing and making 10k 20k rebs to get 2-5k *.I'd like the server be just oppened or open no so long that means there no so much player ( above 5-15 online)

Pserver lsit have a lotof good server but there are server or old with a lotof players or dont working
