i got my server to work and everything. problem is i duno how to make a page where players can register for accounts. im using hamachi for my server. any help wud be appreciated thank you.

I've tryed searching for answers but nothing comes up. I know that underground has one but it dosent work. If it does work then can someone explain how it works. I leave all the little boxes checked on it then enter the password and it gives me something like this %@sfsgg@
I put that into the user_profile under user-pwd but says at login that password does not match.
