about Daily effects

i used to do some effects for ensidia that a patch comes at night making the server dark and at morning i change it to be bright , is there a way to do that without autopatching .. and by that i mean cq_action . i know there are no new ways atm . but can something like that be created from actions. by time controling

I really LOVE this idea but like you said without autopatching would make it soo much better because people with download limits might not want it. I would really love this answer !

Sadly it cannot be done throw cq-action because itis all client side
Well i been doing some tests on it and i found out somthings like for example if the game is darken and you go to offline training and relog there then log in again and go to market it will be day
