I wonder if it is possible to increase bp leg members to gain if it is possible for the wife's bp equal to the leader and the rank of nobility.

Um I dont think so. But there is a pet gift that can be used to increase the bp of a legion in a map. Search for pfj511 and look through his releases till you find it.
