In your first image, you are redirecting all your ports to your router (192.168.1.1). That should point to the address of your computer. That is usually 192.168.1.100 unless you are on DHCP with multiple computers on the router. Otherwise, check your network adapter settings to see if you have declared a static local IP for your computer or run ipconfig /all in your command line to see your current local IP.

well , the thing that could help to

first check your ip (like king told you , start -> cmd -> ipconfig /all )

that is the ip you need , but basicly doesnt need at all ...

let me say it with a example

192.168.1.2 <-- local ip
81.82.83.84 < -- remote ip

first open DMZ ( should be on your router ) to ip 192.168.1.2 <-- Your local ip

then put 81.82.83.84 <-- Your remote ip , into your config files instead local ip

the router open ports NEED to point to your computer ip ( 192.168.1.2 )

in your case they are pointing directly back to the router , so you are creating a loop ...

then to acces your server , you need to go to 82.83.84.85 (external ip) as it get forwarded by your router to your internal ip

Yeah, like KA said, Win+R -> cmd -> ipconfig

You should take iPv4 Address.
