[HELP] NPC server - login to game server

i need help after i start up my Accserver and my MSGserver i go to start my NPC server and it keeps saying "¡¾Login game server . . .¡¿" what do i do?

has been posted before try search for it dont evenr and ever make a post there are so much post regarding this try search 1st helps and respect our moderator here by not spamming or make many thrash here...

hmnn try to check your Configs and your shell. if those didnt work message me.

again !! ' what does the oem do with the db ???

check ur configs and shell.dat be sure u made it with hex [workshop]
