well obviously u got a problem in mysql so be sure u made these steps

1- write the correct user and pass for mysql
2- u must not have more than 1 mysql file or both files will be corrupted
3- be sure your mysql is green not red
4- be sure you didnt change [localhost] or the ports [3306] and the pass is [test]
*NOTE* dont add ur ip or anything just write the name and pass[test]

for mysql is default .either user root pass test,user root pass rufeng and user root pass null .null mean nothing .nothing mean no password .lol

easy answer usually check your acc,msg and npc server or ini files mostly they write there..mysql and server need have same password otherwise cant connect to each other

dude...cq_itemtype is in your database..in [my] for example...if you connect to you database you can see all in there including cq_action,cq_npc...

so the solution is connect the db to mysql and you ready to change anything there
