Release MJP,NPC,PCK Tools (Mobile Client Tools)

Today i want to give another gift this will be to help with development on mobile side

First Tool MJP:
Anyone wanting to work on the mobile side of the game will need this tool to convert the games images to .png from .mjp and the tool can convert it back to .mjp

Second Tool NPC:
Anyone wanting to work on the Mobile client will need to convert the NPC.dat file to NPC.ini, it is different from the normal NPC.ini file, this tool will also convert it back to NPC.dat for you!

Third Tool PCK:
This can repack .dlls or .libs (I haven't done much work with this tool and still learning it)

Actually, my goal is to understand better. Unfortunately, with WhatsApp, responses tend to be quick and might not be as in-depth. After fleshing out some ideas, we could create useful tutorials for ElitePvPers.

WhatsApp is unorganized and heavy.
Why not use Discord for channels, forums and normal organization?
