accountserver to do the work, just disable your antivirus / firewall in time to open the file, and if you have opened it and stopped the antivirus, you have to uninstall and install again, and only open when you have disabled it. And then you open, you can turn it all over again ... but perhaps only enable after opening the other files (mnsgserver / npcserver)
